DISCLOSURE:  In the last 10 years the company has been sued twice.  The first lawsuit was filed in the state of Maryland where the company never did business.  The suit was dismissed against ECO-GEN Energy, Inc. and all its officers and directors prior to depositions or trail.

A customer filed a lawsuit in California asking for a refund during the COVID-19 pandemic when our office was closed.  We have offered them back a refund and expect this matter to be closed soon.

There are no other pending lawsuits.

 

NOTICE:  There have been several articles published by third parties that are not accurate.  The Company has not put out any press releases.  The company does not have any installations completed at this time.

It is our understanding that a book stated that Tahiti purchased a unit.  They did sign contracts but because their financing stated that they needed to see an installed unit, they backed out of the contract after the book went to press. The company does not have any installations completed at this time.

An independent sales representative made a presentation at a city council meeting in Crescent City, CA.  He informed the company that he was misquoted by a local online newspaper reporter when he said he sold some other customers.  A correction has been requested from the publisher. The company does not have any installations completed at this time.
